We recommend you drink your jubes directly after they have melted and preferable on an empty stomach for maximum benefits. However, jubes can be added to other drinks and recipes.

The most efficient way is to drink jubes with empty stomach and eating after half an hour. You may drink herbal teas or water with jubes. We strongly advise not to mix coffee as it suppress the nutrient absorption of the wheatgrass in the body.

Jubes last up to 8 months in the freezer. Please not that jubes should always be stored in your freezer & not your fridge. If you do melt them, we do not advise you to re freeze them.
