1How long do I have to drink my jube once its melted?
We recommend you drink your jubes directly after they have melted and preferable on an empty stomach for maximum benefits. However, jubes can be added to other drinks and recipes.
2Do I need to wait to eat or drink something after I use jubes ?
The most efficient way is to drink jubes with empty stomach and eating after half an hour. You may drink herbal teas or water with jubes. We strongly advise not to mix coffee as it suppress the nutrient absorption of the wheatgrass in the body.
3How many days/months can we store the Jubes?
Jubes last up to 8 months in the freezer. Please not that jubes should always be stored in your freezer & not your fridge. If you do melt them, we do not advise you to re freeze them.
4Does wheatgrass have sugar?
As sweet as they do taste, Ancient Greens Jubes do not contain sugars or any added sweeteners.
5Is wheatgrass good for children?
We advise wheatgrass for everyone. However we advise children to start with smaller amounts and adjust into the taste.
6Do Ancient Greens jubes have gluten?
No, our wheatgrass does not contain gluten. Gluten is found in the kernel of the seed and we do not use this part for juicing.

Wheatgrass has many properties which can help to detoxify the body and impurities in the body. Chlorophyll found in jubes supports healthy liver functionality. Jubes also have high anti-inflammatory properties to support the detox. The high levels of magnesium also aid the body in elimination and enzymes which help to aid digestion. We actually recommend that you start this way if you have never tried wheatgrass before. The taste and fullness can be very over powering. We suggest you ease into it slowly either with one jube(30ml) a day or by adding a jube to sweeten a herbal tea or fruit juice. We hope that jubes become a regular part of your routine.
16Can I add hot water to my jubes?
We advise you to add warm (room temperature) water to your jubes to not compromise the nutrition.
